Our teachers are the reason why our students are so smart. They are relentless, make no excuses and will do whatever it takes for their students to learn academically and socially. As such, the same relentlessness is expected of all applicants. Children’s Charter Elementary School is a great school for teachers who love to set ambitious goals, work diligently to reach them, and then immediately set loftier ones. It is a great place for reflective teachers who thrive off pushing themselves to constantly improve for themselves and for the sake of their students and their families. Teachers who do not like daily observations/feedback, do not like being pushed nor like when a school is willing to change quickly and efficiently to better service its students/families hate it here and don’t last.
We are looking for elementary teachers for 2012-2013. Applicants must have taught for at least two years.
Salary: $45,000 + $10,000 Bonus Potential + up to 5% 401(K) match + $5,000 for National Board certified teachers. All teachers, regardless of years of experience or degrees, earn $45,000 their first year at Children’s Charter Elementary School.
